Refund policy

At ZARVANN, every fragrance is hand-filled and hand-packed in small batches, with each batch macerated for close to a month before it's bottled and made ready to ship. This careful process is part of what makes our perfumes special — please read below for how our refund and exchange policy works.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every bottle before dispatch, but if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong fragrance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit where applicable. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet transfer once the returned item (if applicable) is received and inspected.
