Shipping
Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your city. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.
Returns & Exchanges
If your bottle arrives sealed and unused, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Contact our support team with your order number to begin the process. The bottle must be unopened and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
